Yesterday was so beautiful. I went for a walk on my break and took a few pics to capture the mood of the city!

Arctic Monkeys, Toronto

Last night, I went to see the Arctic Monkeys. This is my third time seeing them, and the excitement of seeing them perform does not go away! I have to say I was not a huge fan of the venue they played at, Koolhaus. It was large and seemed industrial. Compared to seeing them in Montreal, where it was in a beautiful old theatre, well, there is no comparison. But, the show was incredible, and sadly, felt like it went too quickly. They played a few new songs off their new album as well as some older ones from all three albums. I cannot wait to buy their new album. And of course, they encored with Fluorescent Adolescent. I wish I was going to see them again tonight in Montreal!


I need a better quality camera to bring out with me to these events, but here are a few captured on my Android.

On another note, I am very excited to finally have some inspiration for my paintings. I begin tonight!

Monday was so beautiful outside! We went to the park to lie on a blanket and read...took a few pics as well :)

Starting to gather some ideas for a new shoot. I went out the other day, it was sunny in the morning, but we had to wait until the afternoon to go out. Of course, by then it was overcast and a bit windy and chilly. Here are a couple of images from that shoot. I am going to be looking for a different location as I do not like the buildings in the background. And, also, a new outfit will be put together. Feels amazing to be out shooting though!

'Vote With Your Money'

Election Day!!!

Today is a very important day in Canada. Basically, I feel like this election is so important as to decide the fate of Canada as a country to us and to others. A bit extreme? I don't think so. I am not the best with politics, but I know what I don't like, and when something should be done to change it. I voted this morning, and for the first time, I actually voted according to my personal beliefs. As long as we all do the same, I think we will be fine :)


Here are some pictures of the green buds starting to come out of my tree in the back...I was so happy to see this...and a few pictures of when I went to lunch with a couple of friends, in Kensington's Market at a vegetarian place, King's Cafe. I will ad that it was delicious!!
